Foam and cellular materials for every application

We offer a wide range of materials to meet your specific needs.

Since 1959, we have processed polyurethane (PUR) flexible foam materials, based on ester as well as ether. Over the years, other foam materials such as cross-linked and non-cross-linked polyethylene (PE) foam and recycled composite foam materials have been added. Other cellular materials, such as sponge rubber and cellular rubber, are also part of our product range.

We have gained an exceptional wealth of experience with these materials through the years, both with each individual material and their combinations. The many years of specialisation and experience ensure that we use only state-of-the-art materials that are optimally suited for each application.

Detailed information and selected macro images are available for the following materials. The information and images are intended to provide a brief overview of our broad range of materials. Of course, not all available materials can be presented in this section. We are sure to find the right material for your application as well. We will be happy to advise you.

PUR flexible foam materials

PUR flexible foam materials are among the materials with the most versatile application and solution potential. On account of their open cellular structure and elastic walls, they are very flexible and, depending on the type, recover well. The open cellular structure also ensures high permeability to air and absorption of liquids.

PE foam materials

PE foam materials have a closed cellular structure with excellent properties such as low density, outstanding resistance to ageing and weathering, good sound and heat insulation, and very good resistance to commercial acids, bases, and other chemicals.

Sponge rubber

Sponge rubber and cellular rubber are made from the same raw materials, namely natural and/or synthetic rubbers. Their material structures are fundamentally different, however, due to the different production processes. Both materials are primarily used for sealing and insulating, as well as eliminating rattle and buzz.

Recycled composite materials

Composite materials are particularly environmentally friendly and resource-saving foam materials produced on the basis of recycled PUR flexible foam. They are distinguished by their excellent sound insulation and absorption, as well as their high strength and durability.

Other materials

In addition to foam and other cellular materials, we also process many other materials. Whether in combination with PUR or PE foam materials, or separately on their own: we regularly process other materials such as scouring and filter non-wovens, sponge and microfibre cloths, and even sustainable materials like cork.
